Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time

Go to Settings and press Cancel next to the request. It keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops, and you are not charged again. You can undo the cancellation until then.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of your first payment for it.

Because matches start appearing as soon as you pay, the law would let us keep a proportionate amount for the days used. We don't: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a request, we refund that payment in full. This applies to the first payment for each request, not to renewals.

How to get a refund

Cancel in Settings, then write to us at hello@oltinmulk.com or through the Feedback button within the 14 days. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of your message; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Renewals

After the first 14 days, monthly payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that the next one is not taken. This does not affect any other statutory rights you have, for example if the service is not provided as described.

Discounts

If you accept a discount offered when cancelling, it applies to the stated number of monthly payments, after which the normal price resumes. You can still cancel at any time.
